YOGA

Free Yoga.  Monday through Thursday each week from 8:30 to 9:00 am we offer a Yoga class guided by Suzanne Deason DVDs which present a holistic and natural approach to weight loss through a series of yoga exercises. The workouts boost metabolism, shape lean muscle, and give you more energy, which will help you achieve and maintain an ideal weight while increasing stamina and energy.  There is no charge for participation.

Our COVID-19 precautions:  Class participants will have their temperature taken upon arrival.  Hand sanitizer will be by the door.  Everyone will be asked to bring their own mat and blocks and take them home each day.  If you don’t have a mat and blocks, you may use a set from here and take them home each time, so they aren’t stored here touching someone else’s.  We ask that everyone keep their social distance when exercising and socializing.  You may wear a mask, if you want.
