Walk & Be Fit

Walk & Be Fit is done Monday through Thursday at about 9 am, or when YOGA is finished. Walking is done INDOORS to the Leslie Sansone – Walk the Walk DVD. The workout is high-energy that boosts your metabolism, burns fat, and lifts your spirit as you lift your feet. Feel the tension melting away, your muscles getting strong and lean, and your body finding a new sense of power that come from a great combination of brisk, total body walking and a renewed faith in God. The total walk is four miles, but you may stop earlier, as many of our participants do.
Our COVID-19 precautions: Class participants will have their temperature taken upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be by the door. We ask that everyone keep their social distance when exercising and socializing. You may wear a mask, if you want.
